We believe that people work better when they work as highly cohesive teams, and we have optimized many items in our toolkit to meet the specific requirements of the proposal process.
- Phil has deep subject matter expertise in a number of areas of Proposal Development.
With 15 years in IT solutions sales, Phil has authored, bid managed and proposal managed hundreds, if not thousands, of proposals from the tiny to the huge, and has managed bid teams across multiple geographies. Complex services and solutions proposals are Phil’s particular delight, and he enjoys squeezing every last point out of each section of text. Phil was the originator of the CT for Proposal Management process, and takes particular passion in making the RFP response process far more interesting, enjoyable and relevant to proposal authors, while remaining entirely focused on the win. Phil’s particular fascination is health care responses, and he also has deep background in all Canadian Federal Government procurement initiatives, having been the primary author on many GOL, TSPS, TBIPS, and other full-services responses throughout the years.
