As we come to accept that there is less and less that we can directly “control”, we come to a more collaborative way of working. And working collaboratively, particularly with multiple stakeholder groups, requires some sort of Governance if it is to be successful.

Developing meaningful, operable, robust governance models is not an easy thing to do. There are many pitfalls, and many people choose to stay away from the risk areas rather than address them head-on.
