Case Study – Canadian University Strategic Plan

Situation

Multiple prior attempts to arrive at a 5 year Strategic Plan for the University had been unsuccessful.

Challenges

There was a need to obtain the buy-in and commitment of both academic and administrative leaders on a future plan for the University that embraced the President’s vision and captured the other critical actions needed for the University to thrive within the resources available.
