Lise Clément is the facilitator people call when the issue is complex, the stakes are high, and the people around the table don't yet agree. For more than 20 years, she has helped governments, public safety organizations and community agencies find common ground and move forward together.

Her work takes many forms: strategic plans that turn a shared vision into clear priorities and measurable results, national consultations that bring hundreds of voices into policy decisions, and fast-paced agile procurements where she helps technical, security and business teams agree on what they need. Whatever the setting, Lise creates spaces where people feel safe to speak honestly, where lived experience is valued alongside expertise, and where hard conversations lead somewhere useful.

Curious by nature and a people-person at heart, Lise believes organizations do their best work when their people do. She shares her tools and methods generously, so the teams she works with leave more confident and capable than when they started.

She holds an MBA and is a Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF) with change management certification. She works fluently in English and French and holds a Government of Canada Secret clearance.

Lise's commitment to community extends beyond her work. She serves on the board of the Snowsuit Fund, helping keep Ottawa kids warm through the winter, and helps plan TEDx Ottawa, where Lansdowne is a founding sponsor. When she's not in a workshop, she's happiest outdoors, on an adventure with her hubby and daughter, or baking something sweet to share with family and friends.
