Design Thinking

Design Thinking

CT Labs has been doing Design Thinking work since 1998. We fell in love with the methodology when we first saw it; it simply made, and continues to make, sense. Over the years, we have integrated ‘pieces’ of many other frameworks to bolster areas we found to be weak, and the result is the CT (Collaborative Transformation™) methodology we use today.

The in-depth ability of the CT Labs approach to engage all the right stakeholders at the level of thought necessary to evolve a collaborative solution will help to accelerate results and mitigate any human factors risks associated with implementation of your action plan. The CT Labs approach will help to highlight and integrate areas that could benefit from mutual support and further collaboration amongst the key stakeholders supporting the need for change in order achieve broader engagement of all stakeholders involved in any complex environment.

Collaborative Transformation™ excels at resolving complexity and obtaining the buy-in and commitment of all the stakeholders and decision makers. It is by operating within this very detailed but adaptable approach that we can offer the high quality results for which Collaborative Transformation™ is known.
